Timber Gravel Boards

Treated timber gravel boards (or kick boards) are used under fencing panels to protect slats and boards from moisture at ground level. Use timber gravel boards to prolong the lifespan of featheredge panels, preventing rot and fungal growth.

Our timber is pressure treated and available in brown or green coatings to match your fencing.

An Affordable and Attractive Alternative to Concrete

Timber is often a cheaper alternative to concrete in the same position. They can provide up to 8 years of protection for fence panels due to being pretreated.

Using timber at the base of a fence also avoids breaking the visual line with a band of concrete, creating a clean aesthetic for your garden.

Dimensions

Choose from 4×1” (100 x 22mm) and 6 x 1” (150 x 22mm) depending on desired fence height.
Standard lengths range from 6FT to 12FT (1.82m – 3.66m).
